The property,operating as an exchange and data centre, was among five offered for sale at the in-room auction event held in Ray White Commercial’s Sydney CBD head office on April 11.

The site, marketed by Ray White Commercial Newcastle,totalling735 square metres in size and leased to Telstra until 2022 offeredfuture development potential.

This property in Swansea’s main street has highway exposure, a large open floor plan and vaults left by the Commonwealth Bank.
